Cauliflower Cheese Recipe


Here is a recipe on how you can prepare Cauliflower Cheese.

Ingredients needed to prepare the dish is given below:
  • Cauliflower – 1 medium size
  • Flour – 4 tablespoon
  • Butter – 2 Tablespoon
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Cheddar Cheese (grated) – 1 Cup
  • Salt and pepper as per requirement

Method of Preparation

  • Cut cauliflower into medium-sized florets
  • Take 300ml of water and get it to boil in a pan
  • Add salt and then the cauliflower florets and cook for two to three minutes
  • Take the pan out of the heat and drain the water out
  • In order to prepare the sauce, melt butter in a pan, stir the flour and cook it gently by stirring constantly for about one minute.
  • Take the pan out of the heat.
  • Stir the milk gradually.
  • Come back to the pan and stir cook the mixture until it begins to thicken a little.
  • Now mix 3/4 of the cheese into the sauce and seasoned it with salt and pepper as per your requirement.
  • Take the cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese and grill it until the cheddar topping bubbles and coats the cauliflower

Now your delicious cauliflower cheese is ready to serve. Serve it hot with bread.

Ginger Chicken Wings – How to Prepare


Chicken is always the choice of meat when it comes to the preparing non-veg dish. Today I came up with the Ginger Chicken Wings. Below are the ingredients and the method of preparation.

Here are the ingredients needed to prepare ginger chicken wings:
  • Chicken Wings (skinned) – 10-12 pieces
  • Fresh Root Ginger (crushed) – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Natural Low-fat Yoghurt – 3/4 of a cup
  • Tabasco Sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (crushed) – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander Leaves (Fresh) – 1 tablespoon
  • Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Onions (medium sized) – 2 pieces
  • Fresh Root Ginger (shredded) – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Take the chicken wings in a non-metallic bowl. Take the yoghurt, crushed ginger, Tabasco sauce, salt, tomato ketchup, crushed garlic, lemon juice and half of the chopped fresh coriander leaves in a separate bowl. Mix everything in the second bowl together and pour the mixture over the chicken wings and stir the mixture making sure that the chicken wings are coated completely by the mixture.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai (Indian Pan) and fry the onions until it turns soft.
  3. Put the chicken wings and cook it over a medium heat. Stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Now add the remaining chopped coriander leaves and the shredded ginger and serve hot.
